Mrs. Patience Z. Mtumbi Mutale is the Head of Retail and Prestige Banking at First Capital Bank. She holds an MBA from University of Suffolk, Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Diploma in Information systems. She also has a certificate in Strategic Relationship Management from University of Cape town. She has over 26 years of banking experience holding various positions notably, Head of Bank Operations, Head Customer Experience and Senior Relationship Manager. Prior to joining First Capital Bank she worked for Stanbic Bank Zambia. Patience is a member of the Institute of Directors Zambia, Coaching Academy (UK), Institute of Consulting (CIM- UK).
