Mr. James Banda is a lawyer of over 20 years experience. He is the Past-President of the Law Association of Zambia and of the SADC Lawyers Association and a former Council member of the International Bar Association. He is an Advocate of all the Superior Courts in Zambia. He is a qualified Arbitrator and Certified by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He also serves as a Commissioner of the Small Claims Court in Zambia. He is the Managing Partner of the law firm AMW and Company.
