Louis is the Head Human Resources of First Capital Bank Limited. He is a member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM) and holds a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM) from the Copperbelt University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Education (With Merit) from the University of Zambia (UNZA).

He has extensive experience spanning over 16 years in Human Resources Management in the Mining, Manufacturing and FMCG industries and has served in various roles and leadership capacities.

Prior to joining the bank Louis worked for Lafarge Zambia (Now Chilanga Cement), Konkola Copper Mines, The Post Newspapers Limited and M & M Management and Labour Consultants Limited
