Mr. Zeula is the Chief Risk Officer of First Capital Bank. He holds an MBA in Risk Management from London School of Business and Finance and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA).

He has extensive experience spanning over 22 years in Banking and Manufacturing Industry and has served in various roles and leadership capacities.

Prior to joining the bank, Kennedy worked as Head of Asset and Liability Management, Head of Capital Management, Head of Regulatory Reporting, and as Senior Manager – Market Risk for Zambia National Commercial Bank. He also worked as Group Cost Accountant for Zambian Breweries Plc. Kennedy started his career at Bank of Zambia.
