Karen is the Head of Marketing and Communications at First Capital Bank Limited. She has an MBA from the University of Suffolk UK and Honours Degree in Business Administration from the University of East London UK.  She also holds a Mini MBA in Marketing Management in addition to other business, marketing, and project management certifications. Karen is a member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) and the Zambia Institute of Public Relations (ZIPR). She has over 20 years of experience having worked with local, regional and international organisations in the banking and tourism sectors. Her most recent positions were at First National Bank and Absa Bank in Zambia.
