Mr Hamoonga is the Chief Credit Officer of First Capital Bank Ltd. He has combined work experience of over 14 years, having began his career as a Management Accountant in 2005 before pursuing a banking career in 2009.

Laston is a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and is currently pursuing an MBA with Edinburgh Business School and an MSc in Professional Accounting and the University of London.

Before joining First Capital Bank, Laston worked as Credit Sanctioner and CIB Credit Origination Manager at Barclays Bank Zambia. He also held various positions at First National Bank Zambia, which include Senior Credit Manager, Business Analytics Manager and Financial Accountant.
